I contacted the florist prior to placing my order to verify that they were able to for fill my selection. The individual I spoke with was very helpful and let me know upfront that they may have to substitute some colors which I was fine with. I spoke with the recipient after they received the flowers and she through the arrangement was lush and beautiful which made me very satisfied with the experience this florist provided.

Because of Covid, I don’t get to see my Grandma nearly as often as I want to. She loves bright colors and flowers. I went on line, I saw the perfect bouquet for her (Carefree Spirit, the larger one) and she loved them! She bragged about how great the florist is and by the pictures I can see why! Beautiful arrangement. Last November, I ordered small Poinsettias for our church shut-ins. One lady died. Because the small ones were not in yet, Terra Flora provided a large Poinsettia for the price of a small one. Good customer service.

The flowers were pretty, but really expensive for what she received. Plus I was really surprised there was a delivery fee for an order that just had to be taken to the local school, when I am sure there were more deliveries to the school that day since it was Valentines day.

We apologize you weren't satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, when ordering through the website there is a delivery charge added to every order to compensate for those who have Hermann zip codes but are actually located quite a ways outside of town.
Next year if you call us directly ( 573-486-9007) we will be happy to offer you free delivery and do something special for her.
